Viral Video Maker is a Shopify app that makes product videos from the product photos in your store.
What we store
- Your shop: its myshopify.com domain, name, contact email and currency, and the access token Shopify issues to the app.
- The jobs you start: the products you selected, the product photo address, your prompt and settings, the resulting video and the credits charged.
- Your plan and credit purchases, as reported by Shopify.
We do not read, store or process your customers, orders or payment details. The app has no access to them.
Where it is processed
Videos are made by Shoupapp, our own platform, from the product photo and the prompt you provide. Results are kept in our cloud storage so that you can download them again.
Deleting your data
Uninstalling the app ends your plan. Shopify then asks us to delete your shop's data, and we delete the shop record, jobs and stored results.
